উক্ত তথ্যাদি যাচাই বাছাই, সংশােধন এবং কর্মসূচিভুক্ত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের বাদ পড়া শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য এন্ট্রি করে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানগণ কর্তৃক ২৬.১২.২০২০ তারিখের মধ্যে উপজেলা/থানা মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তার নিকট এবং উপজেলা/থানা মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তাগণ কর্তৃক ৩০.১২.২০২০ তারিখের মধ্যে পিএমইএটিতে প্রেরণ করার জন্য অনুরােধ করা হয়েছিল।
সার্বিক অবস্থা বিবেচনা করে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানগণ বরাবরে প্রেরিত ২০১৯-২০ শিক্ষাবর্ষের একাদশ এবং ২০২০ শিক্ষাবর্ষের ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণির উপবৃত্তির জন্য HSP MIS এ এন্ট্রিকৃত শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য সূত্রোক্ত স্মারকের নির্দেশনা মােতাবেক সংশােধন, সংযােজন ও বাদ পড়া যােগ্য শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য এন্ট্রি করে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানগণ কর্তৃক উপজেলা/থানা মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা বরাবরে এবং উপজেলা/থানা শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক পিএমইএটি বরাবরে প্রেরণের জন্য উভয়ক্ষেত্রে সময়সীমা সর্বশেষ ৩০.১২.২০২০ তারিখ নির্ধারণ করা হলাে।
এরপর আর সময় বৃদ্ধি করা হবে না বিষয়টি সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে অবহিতকরণসহ প্রয়ােজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল উপজেলা/থানা মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তাগণকে অনুরােধ করা হলাে।

After that the time will not be extended and all concerned concerned Upazila / Thana Secondary Education Officers are requested to take necessary steps including informing all concerned.
