শিক্ষামন্ত্রীর কাছে এইচএসসিতে অটোপাসের নির্ধারণে নীতিমালা

চলতি মাসের শেষ দিকে ২০১৯-২০ এইচএসসি ও সমমানের ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা হবে। অটোপাসের নম্বরপত্র তৈরিতে জাতীয় পরামর্শক কমিটি একটি খসড়া নীতিমালা তৈরি করে শিক্ষামন্ত্রীর কাছে পাঠিয়েছে।

সেটি যাচাই-বাছাই চলছে। সেই নীতিমালা অনুমোদন দেয়া হলে এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে ফলাফল তৈরির কাজ শেষ করা হবে বলে বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা বোর্ড সূত্রে জানা গেছে।

প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় গঠিত জাতীয় পরামর্শক কমিটির সুপারিশের ভিত্তিতে নম্বরপত্র তৈরিতে শিক্ষা বোর্ড থেকে একটি খসড়া নীতিমালা তৈরি করে শিক্ষামন্ত্রীর কাছে পাঠানো হয়েছে। বর্তমানে সেটি পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা করা হচ্ছে। এ নীতিমালা অনুমোদন পেলে সেই ফরম্যাটে নম্বরপত্র তৈরি করা হবে। সবগুলো শিক্ষা বোর্ডে এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে এইচএসসি-সমমান পরীক্ষার ফলাফল তৈরির কাজ শেষ করা সম্ভব হবে। আগামী ২৫ ডিসেম্বরের মধ্যে এ পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা হতে পারে বলে জানা গেছে।

নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী, পরীক্ষার্থীদের বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বর নির্ধারণ করা হবে। তার মধ্যে জেএসসিতে ২৫ শতাংশ এবং এসএসসিতে প্রাপ্ত নম্বরের ওপর ৭৫ শতাংশ নির্ধারণ করা হবে। যারা জেএসসিতে অংশগ্রহণ করেনি তাদের ক্ষেত্রে শতভাগ নম্বর এসএসসি পরীক্ষায় প্রাপ্ত নম্বরের ওপর নির্ধারণ করা হবে। কেউ আগের দুই পরীক্ষায় জিপিএ-৫ পেলেও অতিরিক্ত বিষয়ে ও ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষার নম্বর যুক্ত থাকলে তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এইচএসসিতে জিপিএ-৫ পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। বিষয়ভিত্তিক ইমপ্রুভমেন্ট পরীক্ষার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রেও একই সূত্র অনুসরণ করতে নীতিমালায় উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।

জানতে চাইলে ঢাকা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রক এস এম আমিরুল ইসলাম শনিবার (১৯ ডিসেম্বর) বলেন, ‘এইচএসসি পরীক্ষার ফলাফল তৈরির কাজ করা হচ্ছে। ডিসেম্বরের মধ্যে এ ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা সম্ভব হবে। একটি সফটওয়্যারের মাধ্যমে কোডিং করে ফলাফল তৈরি করা হবে।’

তিনি আরও বলেন, ‘ফলাফল তৈরির জন্য দেশের সব শিক্ষা বোর্ডের পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রকরা মিলে সভা করেছি। ফলাফল তৈরির সব প্রস্তুতি আমরা নিয়েছি। জাতীয় পরামর্শক কমিটি যে দিকনির্দেশনা দেবেন তার ভিত্তিতে আমরা ফল তৈরির কাজ শুরুর প্রস্তুতি নিয়েছি। নম্বর নির্ধারণ করার নীতিমালা চূড়ান্ত হলে সব শিক্ষা বোর্ডে ফলাফল তৈরির কাজ শুরু করা হবে।’
