১. ২৮/১২/২০২০ তারিখ ডাক বিভাগের ডিজিটাল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস “নগদ” -এর উপবৃত্তি পাের্টাল স্কুল পর্যায়ে কার্যক্রমের জন্য উন্মুক্ত করা হবে।
২. ২৫/১২/২০২০ তারিখ ডাক বিভাগের ডিজিটাল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস “নগদ” কর্তৃক মাঠ পর্যায়ে প্রকল্পভূক্ত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিতরণ উপযােগী পাের্টাল সম্পাদনার (Edit) ক্ষেত্রে প্রধান শিক্ষকগণ তাদের এক্সেস (Access) ব্যবহার করে কীভাবে ধারাবাহিকভাবে কার্যক্রম সম্পাদন করবেন তার একটি নির্দেশিকা উপবৃত্তি পাের্টালে প্রদর্শিত হবে।
৩. ১০/০১/২০২১ তারিখের মধ্যে সকল উপজেলার শিক্ষা অফিসারগণ সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্লাস্টার ভিত্তিক সহকারী উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসারগণের সহায়তায় ২০১৯-২০ অর্থবছরের ৩ কিস্তি (জানুয়ারি-মার্চ/২০২০) বিতরণকৃত উপবৃত্তির অর্থ সম্পর্কিত ডাটাসমুহ প্রধান শিক্ষকগণের মাধ্যমে সকল প্রকার পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন অথবা পরিমার্জনপূর্বক ২০১৯-২০ অর্থবছরের ৪র্থ কিস্তি অর্থাৎ, এপ্রিল/২০২০ থেকে জুন/২০২০ সময়ের উপবৃত্তি প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে Data Entry কার্যক্রম উপবৃত্তির “নগদ” লাইভ পাের্টালে সম্পন্ন নিশ্চিত করবেন।

যেন প্রধান শিক্ষক সুবিধাভােগী অভিভাবকগদের যে মােবাইল নম্বর উপবৃত্তির অর্থ প্রাপ্তির জন্য পোর্টাল এন্ট্রি করবেন, তা অবশ্যই তার নিজের NID নিবন্ধনকৃত একই নাম্বার হয়।

দীর্ঘদিন থেকে প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে অধ্যয়নরত প্রাক-প্রাথমিক থেকে পঞ্চম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের উপবৃত্তির টাকা রূপালী ব্যাংকের শিওর ক্যাশ এর মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হচ্ছিল।
নতুনভাবে সরকার প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীদের উপবৃত্তি প্রদান করার জন্য নগদ মোবাইল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস চূড়ান্ত করেছে।
এখন থেকে শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের অভিভাবকের মোবাইলে চালু করা নগদ একাউন্টের মাধ্যমে টাকা পেয়ে যাবে। তবে এর জন্য অভিভাবকদের নির্দিষ্ট কিছু নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
১. অভিভাবকের যে নম্বরটি নগদ একাউন্ট হিসেবে ব্যবহার করার জন্য নির্বাচন করবেন তা অবশ্যই অভিভাবকের নিজের জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র অর্থাৎ এনআইডি দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।
কারণ বর্তমানে নগদ মোবাইল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে এন আই ডি তথ্য দিয়ে একাউন্ট সম্পন্ন করা হয়। কোন কারণে অভিভাবকের এনআইডি দিয়ে সিম রেজিস্ট্রেশন না করা থাকলে উপবৃত্তির টাকা প্রাপ্তিতে জটিলতা সৃষ্টি হবে।
২. নগদ একাউন্টের জন্য ব্যবহৃত মোবাইল নম্বরটি কার নামে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা আছে তা নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিবেন।
প্রয়োজনে বর্তমান সিমের মালিকানা পরিবর্তন করবেন অথবা নতুন একটি সিম আপনার জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করে নগদ একাউন্ট খোলার জন্য ব্যবহার করবেন।

- On 25/12/2020, a stipend will be displayed on the stipend portal by the Digital Financial Service “Cash” of the Postal Department in the field of editing the distribution portals of the project educational institutions at the field level, in which the head teachers will use their access.
- All the education officers of all upazilas by 10/01/2021 with the help of the concerned cluster based assistant upazila education officers in 3 installments of 2019-20 financial year (January-March / 2020). In order to provide the stipend for the 4th installment of the financial year i.e. from April / 2020 to June / 2020, you will ensure that the data entry activities are completed in the “cash” live portal of the stipend.
